Estimates provided by our online tool are preliminary approximations based on satellite data and average pricing. They do not constitute a formal quote or contractual commitment. An official quote will be prepared by our team after an on-site evaluation of your property. Prices, material availability, and timelines may vary.
Access to certain features of the Optime application (client portal) may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, SMS/RCS messages, and notifications through the client portal. These communications may include quote confirmations, project follow-ups, appointment reminders, and information about our services. All content on our Services — including text, images, logos, photographs, videos, design, and source code — is the property of Option Toiture Inc. or its licensors. Regarding roofing work, our liability is governed by individual service contracts and applicable warranties (GAF manufacturer warranty, Option Toiture workmanship warranty).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Option Toiture Inc., its officers, employees, and subcontractors against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services in violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec.
